"Checkout wasn’t worth the hassle"
I was trying to order flowers, but the checkout process was frustrating. The page kept loading slowly, my payment didn’t go through the first time, and then I couldn’t even tell if the order had actually been placed. For what I was about to spend, I expected it to be a lot smoother. I ended up giving up and ordering from another site instead.

"Helpful updates, but still a bit disappointing"
I did appreciate getting updates along the way, and they were helpful for knowing what was going on. That said, I was a little disappointed overall because I expected the experience to feel smoother than it did.

"Late delivery, really disappointing"
The flowers showed up late, that really ruined the surprise. I was waiting for them to arrive on time, and they just didn’t. It was frustrating because the whole point was the timing, and the late delivery completely messed it up. Not happy about it at all.

"Really arrangement"
The flowers were super fresh and arranged really nicely. The colors looked great together, the whole thing turned out even better than I expected. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a beautiful bouquet.

"Way Too Cheerful for a Funeral?!"
I was surprised when the flowers showed up because they looked so bright and cheerful, not at all what I expected for a funeral?! They just didn’t feel appropriate for the occasion.
"Not totally sure I’d order again"
I ordered from raimondisflorist.com and it was kind of just okay, like the website looked normal enough and checkout was easy, but then after I paid I barely heard anything, which always makes me start overthinking a little, like did the order go through, are they making it, should I call, that whole thing.
The flowers did eventually get delivered, so that was good, but they showed up later than I thought they would and they didn’t really look like the photo. I get that flowers can vary and maybe they were slammed that day or something, but I just didn’t come away feeling super confident about using them again.

"Delivery range was too small"
Tried sending flowers to someone not even far away, but their local delivery didn’t reach there. The site let me browse like it might work, then nope. Annoying when you need same-day. Used another florist instead

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when this arrived. The arrangement looked totally different from what I ordered, and it really wasn’t what I was expecting at all.

"My sister loved the flowers"
I sent flowers to my sister and she was so happy with them. She said they looked fresh and really pretty, and from the photo she sent me, the arrangement was very close to what I chose online. Delivery came on the right day, just a little later than I thought it might, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Based on this experience, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty flowers, just felt a bit overpriced"
The flowers were nice enough and they showed up on time, so I can’t really complain about that part. I mean, they looked fresh and all, but when I saw the bouquet in person it just seemed smaller than I was expecting.
Maybe I missed something when ordering or the photo made it look fuller, I’m not sure. It wasn’t bad, just didn’t really feel like it matched the price. I’d probably check a few other options next time.

i mean, Raimondi’s Florist had a really solid selection when I was browsing. There were plenty of bouquets and different styles, so it didn’t feel like the same basic options you see at every flower shop. A couple sections could’ve had a little more variety, but overall it was easy to find something nice. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered from Raimondi’s Florist and the packaging really stood out to me. I know it might sound like a small thing to care about, but I’ve had flowers show up smashed before, so I feel like it’s fair to notice when it’s done right.
Everything was neat, the flowers had plenty of wrapping, and the vase was actually secure. There wasn’t any leaking or random mess in the box, which made me feel better about spending the money.
When I opened it, the whole order just looked like someone had taken a little care with it. Maybe I’m picky about stuff like that, but it made the flowers feel worth it.

"Same-day delivery wasn’t actually same-day"
I paid extra for same-day delivery thinking the flowers would actually get there that day, because, you know, that was kind of the whole point. But they never showed up, and there wasn’t really a clear update either, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. They did arrive eventually, but by then it was late and it kind of ruined the gesture. I don’t think I’d trust the same-day delivery option again.

"Something felt off about the “substitution”"
I ordered one arrangement and somehow ended up with totally different flowers, with no heads up at all. It felt like they swapped in cheaper stuff and hoped I wouldn’t notice, which is exactly the kind of little business mystery that makes you start connecting dots. The final arrangement wasn’t even close to the photo, and customer service didn’t really do much to make it right. I’m not saying there’s a whole flower-substitution scheme going on, but it definitely felt like I got the budget version of what I paid for.

"Got sorted eventually"
My order didn’t arrive during the time slot I picked, so yeah, I was frustrated. I don’t really care for all the polished “we value your experience” type replies companies give — I just wanted to know where the flowers were. I ended up calling a couple of times before I got a clear answer.
To be fair, they did get back to me later and the flowers were delivered the same day. The arrangement looked nice, so no complaints there, but the whole process felt more stressful than it needed to be.
I’m giving 3 stars because they did fix the issue in the end. I’d just rather have straightforward updates next time instead of having to chase things down myself

"Refund and replacement shouldn’t have been this hard"
I tried to get this sorted with a refund or replacement, but the whole process turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Reading between the lines, it kind of felt like nobody was really taking ownership of the issue. After all that back and forth, it still isn’t fixed.
